Hello there. My name is Jules Grisham, and I’m the pastor of Faith Presbyterian Church (PCA), in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
A native of Brooklyn, New York (my wife says that the only time my accent comes back heavily is when I’m driving!), I studied history and economics at New York University (B.A., 1990), and worked for several years in the technology industry in the Washington, DC, area. During this period I came to faith in Christ, and in 1999 I realized that God was calling me to the pastoral ministry.
I pursued theological studies at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida (M.Div., 2003), and from 2002-2005 served as Pastor of Adult Education at Fourth Presbyterian Church, a 3000-member congregation in Bethesda, Maryland.
In October of 2005 I was called by Faith Presbyterian Church to serve as pastor, and I began my ministry there on Christmas Eve 2005. I come to the Newtown area with my wife, Virginia, and son, Guy, full of joy and excitement at the prospect of proclaiming the gospel of grace in Bucks County.

I’ve played drums (and Irish bodhran) for many years. But my six year old son has really inspired me by the quality of his violin playing to follow in his footsteps, and I’ve recently begun learning how to play.
I hope someday to have a family band, a sort of Family von Grisham — with my wife on lute and guitar, my son on fiddle, and me on fiddle and bodran — to play Christian music with a Celtic lilt and kick! But since I’m still practicing variations on Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star, I suspect that may not be any time soon!
Meanwhile, I love hiking, biking, good food, great conversations, Christian fellowship, preaching and teaching the gospel any way and any time I’m able, the family of Faith Church, my friends, my family, and my Lord.
I hope that you’re blessed and encouraged by this blog. To contact me privately, please send an e-mail to Jgrisham@faithprez.org.
Blessings to you,
Jules
